Together, we’ll co-create a wellness workshop that meets the unique needs of your organization, team, mentoring circles, or constituents. 

This workshop isn’t a cookie cutter approach where I throw facts, data, and science at you, because behavior change theory repeatedly tells us that more knowledge doesn’t result in new habits and behaviors. Instead, my workshop consists of interactive, thought-provoking exercises to bring more awareness and intentionality to one’s healthy habits resulting in lasting behavior change.

About Me

Corporate executive to executive health coach. From working at the world’s largest retailer to a privately held manufacturer, I utilize my corporate experience and passion for wellness to support others’ journeys to well-being. In the “business of you” one’s physical and mental health has the best return-on-investment.

As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I specialize in goal achievement, habit formation, and physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Having spent my career in corporate America, I understand and respect the endless demands of the job and life’s responsibilities that make finding time for one’s selfcare difficult. I’m passionate about helping people of high responsibility who have unintentionally burned the candle at both ends find the energy and the time to prioritize their well-being so that they can keep achieving, leading, and making a difference without sacrificing their health any longer.

Clients working with me typically find increased confidence and decreased overwhelm by breaking down big, audacious goals into bite-sized actionable steps. Personal and professional changes seem more realistic and sustainable. Inevitable challenges aren’t total derailers because contingency plans are built and momentum is maintained even during setbacks.

My Story

While I’ve earned professional achievements, those didn’t come without a price. I spent years pursuing success while unknowingly sacrificing my health. Promotions & accomplishments were prioritized over healthy eating, sufficient sleep, exercise, & mental health breathers. I climbed the ranks but after years of taking my health for granted, my body finally screamed back that it couldn’t go on like this. Mentally drained, emotionally exhausted, & physically wore out, several health challenges appeared. After years of little progress, I added a coach to my wellness team & experienced the power of coaching to support my overall wellbeing. I believed so much in coaching that I pivoted careers to become a National Board Certified Health Coach.
