What is Health Coaching?

In its simplest terms, health coaching is helping people get from where they are today, to where they’d like to be. From who they are today to the person they’d like to be.

No two journeys are the same. You have unique preferences, life experiences, responsibilities, and lifestyle factors that need to be taken into consideration. That’s why at the heart of coaching is creating an individualized roadmap for each person.
